Former school principal accused of not paying bill, fighting with police

A man acquitted in March in connection with the death of his friend, found himself behind bars this week.

Bartlesville police say Roger Carroll refused to pay his bill at Buffalo Wild Wings and left the restaurant.  The bill was for less than $100.

He was tracked down by officers a short time later, where he's also accused of resisting arrest.

Police say he was taken to the Bartlesville jail until he was bailed out on Tuesday.

The former Delaware County middle school principal has been busy with the law this year.

Court records show he was acquitted of manslaughter for the death of Monte Price.

The victim was killed when Carroll and his friend were riding in a boat at Arrowhead South Marina in July of 2012.
