Salem, N.H. - The trouble began when the family was told they couldn’t enter the park with the knives they were carrying.
After a few choice words were thrown around, so were some fists. When it was all done one cop had a separated shoulder and five Perry's were in jail
Salem, New Hampshire police arrested Allan, Brian, Joshua, Damian, and Ashley Perry. A sixth Perry, the unnamed mother didn’t fight, but did fake a seizure.
CBS Boston reports 23-year-old Josh told a judge, he put his knife back in the car as he was asked to do.
"I said, 'Wait a minute. Let me apologize,'" he began. "That's when the other cop said, 'You're under arrest.' I said, 'OK.' I put my hand behind my back, walked up to the wall. He slammed me into the wall. Next thing I know, I'm on the ground, somebody's punching my brother, and we're all in cop cars after that."
Charges range from rioting, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, assault, and criminal trespassing.
