Tulsa, Okla. — Tulsa police confirm that there has been a fatality accident on the Broken Arrow Expressway. The crash happened in the westbound lanes under Highway 169.
TPD said five cars were involved in the accident. It happened shortly before 6 a.m. Monday.
Police diverted traffic to NB Highway 169.
