If you are fascinated by tornadoes and stormchasing video, then Broken Arrow is the place for you to be this upcoming weekend.

Renowned stormchaser and IMAX filmmaker Sean Casey will be at the Lowe's Home Improvement Store at 1900 E. Hillside Drive this Sunday, August 12th, to host a special free screening of his documentary "Tornado Alley" in 3-D.

Lowe's is setting up a temporary theater inside the store with seating an a portable 3-D projector.

"Lowe's is bringing in some seating and stuff like that, so we'll have two shows, and they'll get to watch this 20-minute, 3-D presentation," said co-producer Deborah Raksany.

The screenings are at 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Also, Casey's Tornado Intercept Vehicle, an armored car that's specially-designed to drive into tornadoes, will be on display outside the store.

"Hanging out in the parking lot all day will be the Tornado Intercept Vehicle, so people can check that out," Raksany said.

Casey will give a presentation on the importance of storm preparedness and storm research and will be available to sign autographs after the show.

Casey has appeared many times on the Discovery Channel's reality show "Stormchasers" and is known for shooting some of the best stormchasing footage available.

One of his Tornado Intercept Vehicles was built with help from a company in Lawton, OK.
