A Tulsa man was booked into jail on Monday, after attacking his neighbor and threatening to shoot officers.
Police say the incident happened near 2nd and Harvard.
William Asbury is accused of throwing lumber at his neighbor.
Police say he wasn't making his point, so Asbury walked over to the victim and struck him in the face with a piece of lumber.
The victim was able to fight back, and subdued Asbury until officers could arrive.
Police say the suspect was "very" intoxicated. Asbury is accused of threatening to shoot officers, EMSA, and medical staff.
He faces counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, and threatening a violent act.
