Drunk suspect lights apartment on fire, threatens to kill cops

A 50-year-old man is behind bars. Tulsa Police say he tried to light his apartment on fire then threatened to kill officers.

Officers were called to Johnny Wilson's apartment near 61st and S. Peoria around Midnight to assist Tulsa firefighters with an intoxicated, combative man.

Wilson was threatening firefighters and was wanting to fight everyone present.

Officers had to take Wilson to the hospital to be treated for injuries he had prior to officers' arrival.

While at the hospital, Wilson became combative and refused to obey commands. Wilson then threatened to shoot and kill the officers.

Wilson was eventually taken to jail.
