20 year old Kayla Maria Mendoza, known by the telling nickname of "pothead princess" sent the tweet Saturday night at just after 11pm.
Cops say less than three hours later she was driving the car that hit Marisa Caran Catronio and Kaitlyn Nicole head-on, killing them both. The girls had been celebrating Catronio's 21st birthday.
Catronio's family found the wreck by using a cell phone app that told them their daughter’s car had stopped on the Sawgrass Expressway in Miami, Florida.
Mendoza’s twitter account is still active and the tweets are filled with drugs and alcohol.
“My car permanently smells like weed” one says.
“I really am so baked right now” said another.
The final tweet before the accident reads “2 drunk 2 care.”
Mendoza survived the accident but remains in serious condition.
