A man with multiple open warrants was located Monday afternoon near 61st and Peoria.
Tulsa police say when they searched his car, they made two felony discoveries.
First, they found a baggie inside Marcus Moore's vehicle containing individually packaged rocks. A field test confirmed the rocks to be cocaine.
Police say the second discovery involved Moore's child.
The kid had been left inside the hot car with the windows closed, the doors closed, and the car not running. Officers noted it was 84 degrees outside at that time, but much hotter inside the car.
In addition to his warrants, Moore now faces counts of child endangerment and possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute in the presence of a minor.
He was taken to the Tulsa County Jail.
