Dad drives drunk with son in his vehicle

A Tulsa father was booked into jail on Friday, after driving drunk with his son in the car.

Sand Springs police say they spotted Milton Turner speeding in the area of East Morrow and South Adams.  The officer then followed Turner for a short time and noticed his vehicle drive left of center.

A traffic stop was conducted and the officer asked Turner if he had been drinking.

Police say Turner admitted to drinking a half pint before driving.  While searching his vehicle, officers did find a half empty bottle of Seagrams.

Turner was arrested for DUI and child endangerment. 

His son was picked up by his cousin.
