BRISTOL, UK - James Potten ordered his E-reader from Waterfi, a company specializing in waterproofing the devices.
When Potten opened the package, he was shocked to see a box marked, “non-infectious human tumor tissue."
"It is really bad that this has happened,” Potten told the Bristol Post. “This really should be with the hospital, not with me.”
Potten called FedEx after the discovery, but "they keep telling me I've got my Kindle, but I obviously haven't."
Potten is concerned every moment he has the package could be bad news for the person waiting for the results of a likely pathology report.
"There is a reason it has been sent from America to London, and it could be wasting valuable time while it just stays here,” he explained.
Although he wants his Kindle, James has bigger concerns. "I just want to get it to the hospital now."
FedEx has yet to comment.
