Crews making good progress on new highway overpass

The new overpass is at 116^th St N on Highway 75.

The intersection has been in need of a change for quite some time.

The busy stretch of highway has led to many traffic accidents when drivers attempt to enter the highway from 116^th.

Some of the accidents have even been fatal.

Construction started a few months back and is expected to be completed by this fall.

Traffic on 116^th St N has no access to highway 75 at this time.

By now, drivers on the heavily traveled road have found alternate routes, but it won’t be long before the new overpass will be completed and the area will flow better than ever.
