Convicted husband killer has her appeal rejected

We have an update regarding a woman convicted of pushing her husband through a window in a Tulsa high-rise apartment.

Amber Hilberling was convicted of the 2011 death of Joshua Hilberling.

Court records show on Wednesday, the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals rejected her appeal.

Her appeals included: improper evidence, lack of evidence, ineffective counsel, and prosecutorial misconduct.

Records show during her trial, Hilberling testified she and her husband had been arguing.  During that time, she feared for her life as the incident escalated.
