No contest pleas entered in failure to report rape of child

Three Tulsa Victory Christian Center employees have pleaded no contest to failing to report child abuse for waiting to report the rape of a 13-year-old girl.

Two of the members will spend time in jail.

Paul Willemstein and Anna Alisa George were sentenced Monday to 30 days in jail and a one year suspended sentence after entering the plea in Tulsa County District Court.

Harold Sullivan also pleaded no contest and was given a one year suspended sentence.

Prosecutors say the three and two others knew of the rape by a former church employee who has since pleaded guilty to rape.

John and Charica Daugherty, the son and daughter-in-law of the church's senior pastor, have pleaded not guilty to failing to report child abuse and face trial on May 10.
