City crews patrol the streets of Tulsa daily looking for potholes.
They only have so many crews that can patrol, so they won’t find every trouble spot. The city tells KRMG it’s helpful when drivers call in and report potholes so they can respond.
A driver on EB I-244/NB Hwy75 approaching the Arkansas River found a pothole the hard way on Tuesday. He had a tire blow out after hitting a pothole headed into downtown.
City officials say they try to patch reported potholes within a few hours, but no later than one day on most occasions.
The phone number to report potholes is (918)-596-2100.
