City starts new projects that could foul up your commute

On Friday, August 1, the city closed East Fourth Place at Memorial to reconstruct the intersection.

That work is part of the bigger plan to completely re-work Memorial Drive from Admiral down to 11^th. The work at Fourth Place is scheduled to be completed by Monday, August 11.

Also working in Tulsa are two other projects further south.

One is the closure of the on ramp from 21^st Street to eastbound Broken Arrow Expressway. Crews will be installing new barriers along the ramp.

Down on 41^st Street, the two middle lanes (left lane in each direction) are closed between Delaware Ave and Florence Ave (west of Harvard).

The on ramp work and the 41^st Street work are set to be finished by Friday, August 8.
