City orders sex toys removed from Christmas tree in square

It was dubbed “The Tree of Pleasure,” it sits in a public square and certainly caused more than a few double takes.
City officials said the decision came because Christmas, "qualifying as a holiday for children and families requires sobriety in urban decorations."
Workers were told the tree could stay but the sex toys had to come off the tree and replaced with "traditional symbols that distinguish Christmas."
The Milan, Italy tree was decorated by Norma Rossetti, the owner of an Italian sex toy website.
Rossetti said she immediately complied with the rule but defended her "Tree of Pleasure," claiming the “decorations” used were tasteful and not rated X.
Instead the woman said she had a goal for the tree.
That was to eliminate what she called prudish attitudes by making sex toys "completely normal everyday objects."
She also claimed most of those who stopped, took pictures, and looked at the tree were supportive.
