Chase suspect leaves hospital, disappears

Sun, Sept 24, 2017 — A man who led troopers on a pursuit from Muskogee to Wagoner on Thursday has disappeared after being taken to the hospital.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol report they tried to stop Joseph Dean of Tulsa  for speeding and a chase ensued.  Dean ended up crashing into a semi to end the pursuit.

He was flown to a Tulsa hospital, but wasn’t there for very long.

Dean simply walked out of the hospital.  He hasn’t been seen since that time.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
