Charges filed against a human-trafficking suspect

An Arkansas man is charged with human trafficking in Tulsa County.

Court records show 25-year-old Clarence F. Holden faces one count each of human trafficking and procuring for prostitution.

He's accused of bringing 24-year-old Destiny Hope Niles to Tulsa back in January and forcing her to act as a prostitute.

Officers set-up a sting at the Tulsa Inn & Suites near 27th and Skelly.  Police say Holden, Niles and a third person were arrested during the sting.

Niles accused Holden of keeping her car keys, money and credit cards.  Police say Niles was also worried Holden would hurt her physically.

She won't be charged on a complaint of soliciting prostitution.

Holden remains in the Tulsa County Jail.
