The wife of Michael Douglas and star of movies like Chicago, Entrapment, and Ocean’s 12 checked herself into a center to treat for the illness.
The program is said to be for 30 days and TMZ reports her representative calls the move “proactive" and "committed to periodic care in order to manage her health in an optimum manner."
Others close to the actress called the stay "maintenance" and say there isn’t a “big problem."
Zeta-Jones will monitor her medication and said she chose now for the program because she isn’t involved in ongoing projects at this time.
In 2011 Zeta-Jones entered a similar program where her issue was first discovered.
