Burglary suspect caught hanging with his mother

Two men break into a home near 9th and Lawton late Wednesday night.

Inside, they assault three men and point guns at them.

Tulsa police say this is when Wesley Harris and a second suspect tried to shoot the victims.

The victims told police the gun didn't go off and the two suspects took off on foot.

It didn't take long for officers to track down Harris.  Police say he was hanging with his mother.

No word if the other suspect has been taken into custody.

Harris is currently in the Tulsa County Jail.  He faces one count of assault and battery with a weapon, one count of pointing a deadly weapon and one count of first degree burglary.
