If you're worried about getting senile, learn a new language.
A new study by the University of Edinburgh says being bilingual can delay dementia by several years.
They looked at 835 people over the course of their lives between the ages of 11 and 70.
And they say you don't have to be bilingual from childhood to benefit.
They say even people who learn a new language late in life can offset some of the negative effects of an aging brain.
