Gans, Okla. - Sequoyah County firefighters thought a home was empty two weeks ago, when they worked a house fire.
It turned out, they may have been wrong.
KHBS says a body was discovered inside the Gans home on Monday.
Crews haven't released if the body was inside the home during the fire, or if it was placed there since then.
The body has been turned over to the medical examiner's office for an autopsy and positive identification.
Crews say they don't have a cause yet for the house fire.
