A possible south Tulsa robbery victim ends up getting stabbed several times in the back.
Tulsa Police Sergeant Mark Mackenzie tells us that police were called to the Savannah Apartments near 4600 South Darlington Avenue where the victim was located about 10 p.m. Wednesday.
Mackenzie said, "He apparently had run in to the complex asking for help."
We're told that there were no actual witnesses to the stabbing.
"Some details came out that maybe he was possibly stabbed in reference to an attempted robbery somewhere in the area."
Mackenzie said the victim may have been stabbed near an area convenience store, but that he lived in a different apartment complex and was running to a friend's apartment for help.
We're told that the 25-year old victim was taken to the hospital where he could be stabilized and give police more details about what had happened.
