Three people are arrested, questioned and released after a string of outdoor armed robberies that started Tuesday night.
Tulsa Police Captain Mike Eckert tells us several more people were robbed beginning about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Eckert says, "(They were) targets of opportunity, random robberies. They would see a possible victim and approach them."
The robberies took place in an area between East 15th Street and East 71st Street and between South Peoria Avenue and South Lewis Avenue.
We're told the suspects hit two victims with a pistol, but there were no serious injuries.
Eckert says most of the losses consisted of cell phones, wallets and purses.
