Arrest made in Tulsa's latest homicide

Tulsa police say 32-year-old Erica Harrison has been arrested for the shooting death of a 48-year-old man near Pine and Peoria Friday evening.

This is the 18th homicide of the year in Tulsa.

The initial call was for a disturbance which quickly escalated to a shooting and then ultimately a homicide.

Tulsa police say the pair were "socializing" in a parking lot when Harrison approached the victim and shot him multiple times.  Their relationship wasn't given, but they did know each other.

"The deceased and Harrison reestablished with each other recently," police say.  " The motive for the shooting is under investigation at this time."

The name of the victim hasn't been released pending notification of his family.

Harrison was taken to the Tulsa County Jail.
