TULSA, Okla. - Tulsa Police have made an arrest in the city's latest homicide.
21-year-old Jone Vang was shot and killed outside of Shotgun’s Saloon near 41st and Garnett early Sunday morning.
Detectives tell KRMG that, during the fight, 22-year-old Fue Xiong picked up one of the guns used in the shooting and beat another man with it. That man was taken to the hospital.
Detectives set up surveillance on Xiong after noticing that a vehicle used to drop off a shooting victim at the hospital was in Xiong’s driveway.
Around 2:45 p.m. Monday, Xiong got into the van and drove away. Xiong was stopped and arrested near 31st St. and 145th East Ave.
Detectives are still looking for the handguns used in the fight as well as two or three other witnesses.
