Andolini’s gelato van used as getaway vehicle

Thu, Oct 19, 2017 — We told you on Tuesday about someone stealing an Andolini's gelato van from their downtown location.

Now comes word the thief isn't done breaking the law.

Tulsa police say the stolen van was used during a gun shop break-in this week near Admiral and 177th East Avenue.  The thief tried to use trays from the van to break the glass on the shop’s front door.

However, when that didn't work, he just used a rock instead.

KRMG's told the suspect only got away with a hatchet from the store.
