KRMG has learned that a man matching the description of accused Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis was arrested in Fort Worth, Texas, in September, 2010, for a weapons violation.
Records show that the Alexis in question was 31 at the time and was arrested on September 4th, 2010, for "PC 42.12(B) MA DISCHARGE FIREARM CE"
Alexis, now 34, is the suspected gunman in the killing of at least eleven people at a Navy building in Washington Monday morning.
