Gasoline prices soaring in Tulsa area

Gasoline prices are rising.

Some Fiesta Mart stores posted the price for unleaded regular at $3.54 per gallon early Monday morning.

Quiktrip's price for unleaded regular was up to $3.44 per gallon.

That's up to $.22 over the price that was posted earlier on Sunday.

We're told that tensions in Iraq and other parts of the Middle East caused oil prices to rise by $2.00 per barrel last week.
