The 12 and 14 year old girls were arrested and charged with felony aggravated stalking after Rebecca Sedwick killed herself.
Cops say Rebecca was "terrorized" by up to 15 girls who used message boards and texts to insult and bully her with messages like "you should die, why don’t you go kill yourself?"
On Sept. 9, Rebecca couldn’t take any more so she climbed a tower at an abandoned concrete plant and jumped.
Polk County Sherriff Grady Judd said the issue began after Rebecca had what was termed a “boyfriend issue."
After Rebecca’s death authorities looked at her computer and found she had searched topics such as "what is overweight for a 13-year-old girl," and ways to commit suicide.
Florida has a law targeted at bullying and cyber bullying.
It leaves some punishment up to the schools but allows for law enforcement to also pursue charges.
