First Christian Church in downtown Tulsa has rescheduled its second annual "Jazz to the World!" concert benefiting the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma. The music gets underway on Thursday, December 19th, at 7pm in the sanctuary of First Christian Church. A reception with refreshments will follow the concert.
The performance will feature some of Tulsa's top jazz musicians and KOTV News anchor Terry Hood as the emcee. With a mix of Christmas favorites and jazz standards, rich old traditions and bold traditions and bold new surprises, it promises to be an evening filled with the sounds of the season and the spirit of helping others.
Tickets are $5. All proceeds from "Jazz to the World!" go to the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma. Please accept this invitation to attend an entertaining evening of jazz and help relieve hunger in Eastern Oklahoma.
Please help spread the word so others can help relieve hunger through the "soul food" that is jazz. For additional tickets, please visit or call First Christian Church at (918) 582-8237.
