How do we imagine Tulsa, in an international context? Situated in the central United States, Tulsa seems to be isolated from the rest of the world, but the Inaugural Faculty Great Lecture Series will put Tulsa in a global context. Great Lectures from professors Robert Donaldson, John Henshaw, Machele Miller Dill, Mark Brewin, and Andrew Grant Wood will cross the globe, taking Tulsa to the drug cartels of Mexico, to Perestroika Russia, to Ancient Athens—and to other reaches of the world!
The Faculty Great Lecture Series will be held on Saturday, April 13th. The $50.00 admission fee will include all five lectures, which will last from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM in state of the art Tyrrell Hall Auditorium. To register now, visit www.utulsa.edu/FGLS. $50.00 for full day's admission
