While her artwork is digitally sourced, Romy spends far more time with the physical construction of objects by hand sewing digital photographs together than she does capturing images, processing photographs and printing digital photographs.  Participants will also explore the work of other artists who combine digital media and traditional craft and will spend time brainstorming ways in which they might create digital art with evidence of the hand at work.  Participants should bring a sketchpad or notebook and pencil/pen. Other materials included. Learn about the process Concept/Ok artist, Romy Owens, uses to combine traditional craft with electronic media and brainstorm to create your own artworks.
