Members of the local Celtic music and dance community present the Celtic Rising for TSAS. This showcase, featuring a variety of Celtic music and dance, benefits the Tulsa School of Arts and Sciences. The event takes place at the Tulsa Little Theater on Friday, November 30, during the hours of 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Music entertainers include Cairde Na Gael and other performers including Tulsa Metro Bagpipe Band, Pat Sawyer, Tulsa Honors Orchestra, and the Tulsa Honors Orchestra. This come-and-go musical open house is free to the public; however donations will be accepted to assist the Tulsa School of Arts and Sciences (TSAS) with operating expenses resulting from the recent fire at its campus, previously known as Barnard Elementary School.
