BROKEN ARROW, Ok. - It was a tornado that hit Broken Arrow last night. It was not a strong one. Tulsa National Weather Service Director Steve Piltz says it was an E-F-0 tornado that hit near 71st and 145th East Avenue and caused the damage pictured left. An E-F-0 has winds of 75 miles an hour.
